We are a private company who have been involved in the Overseas property market for many years, mainly on the Spanish mainland and the Islands, where in fact we still have a base.

Our philosophy has always been on customer care and individuality, everyone has different needs when it comes to buying a property abroad and this is fully recognised.

It was decided to move into the Bulgaria property market mainly because of it's acceptance into Europe and that it offered an unrivalled opportunity for property purchase abroad.

Bulgaria being only a short flight from the UK and offering golden beaches, ski resorts but most of all at this stage affordability.

We are partnered with a large British company in Bulgaria who take care of all the viewings and sourcing of properties. Our representatives in Bulgaria are "hands on" professionals who live and work in the area, they know the laws and have the contacts so you can be assured of professionalism at all times.
