Seeking your new home overseas is a voyage of discovery; new places, new lifestyles, and some big decisions are all ahead.
Buying your home is a very personal decision so we will therefore only show you homes which suit your specified requirements on a one to one basis.

We do not tour our clients in groups because everyone inevitably has different requirements and we want you to spend your time with us
as productively as possible. Our representative will therefore be at your disposal for the duration of your visit to ensure you find exactly the home that suits you best.

When you arrive at your destination airport, you will be met by your personal tour consultant who will chauffeur drive you to your hotel accommodation and ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Over the next two days they will personally escort you on your viewings. We make sure that you are afforded the time and opportunity to have detailed viewings and discussions of your requirements and be conducted around the areas of interest by an experienced professional with extensive local knowledge

We also respect that you will need some time in privacy to consider your options and we will ensure that ample time is allowed for this.

You will also be offered the opportunity to speak to an English-speaking lawyer who will explain all of the purchasing procedures before you decide where to buy.

Costs.

At various times and depending on the developer the cost of an inspection trip is refundable against the purchase of a property.

Inspection Trip costs: Cost of Flights + 80 euros per person per night. All meals and transport etc included. (Normally up to 3 nights)

We arrange all the booking for you, just complete our standard form with your details and we will do the rest

Format
Simply contact us and we will take the necessary details from you. Our tour consultants will contact you to check details of your trip and make the necessary arrangements for your travel and accommodation. Once our tour consultants have confirmed the details of your trip, they will ask you for your credit or debit card information in order to pay for the costs of flights and accommodation booked on your behalf.
